    CUSTOM WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

Custom website development for service businesses.

Give customers a clear way to understand your services, see your work, and make an inquiry. Cenlyx plans and builds websites around the business behind them, from the first page a visitor sees to the information your team receives.

    THE STARTING POINT

Start with the problem your team can name.

The offer is hard to understand

Services, locations, and next steps are scattered across pages. Organize the site around the questions a prospective customer needs answered.

Mobile inquiry takes too much effort

Small text, unclear navigation, or an awkward form can interrupt a visit. Plan a usable path from service information to inquiry on smaller screens.

The website stops at the form

An inquiry needs a destination and someone responsible for it. Define what is collected, where it goes, and who follows up.

    SCOPE & DELIVERABLES

Define what the project needs to do.

The final scope follows Discovery and report review. A website project can include the following deliverables, with page count, content responsibilities, and connections agreed before the build.
    • Page and content plan

A sitemap, service-page structure, and content checklist grounded in the services and business information you approve.

    • Responsive website

A custom visual direction and responsive page layouts, with clear navigation, readable content, and visible inquiry actions.

    • Inquiry path

Agreed form fields, confirmation messages, and a tested destination for inquiries. CRM or booking connections are scoped separately when needed.

    • Search foundations

Descriptive page titles, crawlable content, internal links, and appropriate metadata. Search rankings and traffic outcomes are not guaranteed.

    • Review and validation

Desktop and mobile checks of the agreed pages and key inquiry paths, including keyboard access and reduced-motion behavior.

    • Launch and handoff plan

An owner-approved launch checklist, account and domain responsibilities, and documentation for the agreed publishing and update workflow.

    HOW THE WORK MOVES FORWARD

Agree on the scope before we build.

    OWNER-REVIEWED DISCOVERY

    A recommendation starts with context.

We’ll review your Discovery submission and prepare a Digital Opportunity Report with recommended next steps. If we’re a good fit, we’ll follow up with a custom website preview and a tailored proposal.

    Understand the Digital Opportunity Report

    1. Start with your business

We review your Discovery submission to understand your services, customers, current website, and business needs, then recommend a clear next step.

    2. Agree on the plan

After reviewing your Digital Opportunity Report, we agree on the pages, content, inquiry process, and how you’ll review and approve the work.

    3. Build with your input

We build your website around the agreed plan, then review it with you for accuracy, ease of use, and a clear path to your products and services.

    4. Prepare for launch

We test the website on desktop and mobile, confirm inquiries reach your team, and prepare your domain for launch. Publishing requires your approval. Ongoing maintenance is scoped separately.

    What the owner brings.

    • Confirm services, service areas, contact details, and any claims that will appear on the site.
    • Supply or approve brand assets, photographs, project permissions, and final copy.
    • Provide authorized access to the domain, hosting, and any agreed inquiry destination.
    • Name one decision-maker to review the build and approve launch, and a person responsible for responding to inquiries.

    What shapes the cost.

Pricing follows the agreed scope. The main inputs are:

    • Number of distinct page layouts and depth of service content.
    • Existing content quality, new photography or copy needs, and migration work.
    • Forms, booking flows, CRM connections, and any custom functionality.
    • Review requirements, launch complexity, and the ongoing support scope.

The offer should identify implementation work, any third-party costs, and ongoing responsibilities before you decide to proceed.

    BEFORE YOU START

    Questions about the work.

Can Cenlyx redesign an existing website?

An existing website can be assessed during Discovery. The recommendation depends on the current platform, content, access, and business needs. Rebuilding and improving the current site are different scopes; neither is assumed before review.

Can the website connect to our CRM or booking tool?

Connections are assessed against the actual tools, account permissions, data fields, and supported integration options. Compatibility is confirmed during scoping rather than promised for every platform.

Does website development include AI automation?

AI automation is a separate scope. A website can provide the inquiry entry point, but drafting, routing, CRM updates, and follow-up rules require their own review, testing, and human responsibilities.

How much does a custom website cost, and how long does it take?

Price and schedule depend on the agreed pages, content readiness, functionality, integrations, and review process. Discovery helps define these inputs before a scoped offer. There is no published fixed price or standard delivery promise on this page.

Will the website generate more leads or rank first?

The work can improve the clarity and technical foundations of the website. Lead volume and search position also depend on demand, competition, the offer, and other factors. Cenlyx does not guarantee rankings, revenue, or a specific lead increase.

What happens after I submit Discovery?

We’ll review your Discovery submission and prepare a Digital Opportunity Report with recommended next steps. If we’re a good fit, we’ll follow up with a custom website preview and a tailored proposal.

    A CLEAR NEXT STEP

    Bring the problem to Discovery.
